We've missed you Linda...

Thank you for reading this one and commenting. Today is all anyone has, yet yesterday is awfully compelling...

When we were teens my friend was rifling her mom's wardrobe when a box of chocolate soldiers fell of the shelf, my friend explained that her parents had had a little boy before she was born, and he had died xmas eve. I could see toys on the shelf. this mom never forgot. Years on I still remember that sad scene.

Thanks Christina. It is a pain that never ends.

Teary-eyed here.

Much love your way...Gerry and Heinz and each of your families.

He's right there beside you, Pops. We can't blame them for our inability to see any more than they can blame us for not listening when they are so tearfully trying to tell us they are still here.
