In the town of Hunkydoria
everything's just fine
We create our own Euphoria
with thoughts so sublime
We never sweat the small stuff
or make pets of our peeves
The dogs don't bark or ruff
our trees keep all their leaves
Faces never wrinkle
no pain finds our behind
Every eye's a twinkle
with poems that often rhyme
The town of Hunkydoria
is not hard to find
Turn left at Amnesia
and rewind your mind

Whenever I see the word "Amnesia" I automatically want to say "Bless You!"
Clever, clever poem!

This reminds me of Mayberry, Don Knotts, and Ward Cleaver. Nice,...but kind of dated.

I remember when I acutally enjoyed watching TV. Back when there were actually shows to watch. Now I mostly watch Netflix almost entirely. No commercials, and I can stop into Mayberry anytime I like.

Have to agree with you about television, Bagsy. Today's supposed entertainment is nothing but trash and crap.

Anybody remember a show from the late fifties about a river boat gambler call "Yancey Derringer"? I always wanted one of those derringers that spring out from your shirt sleeve like Yancey's.
