I found Poetry Pages in 2000 I believe. Left, then joined again. So, I'm a little over twelve years. Technically. God, has it been that long? I was married and in college. My relationship with Poetry pages and all of my friends here has lasted longer than my marriage and last relationship. Geez.

Wow Gillian! Hello Gillian it's been a long time The Chancellor of PP. :hello: Hello Sam :thewave:

Dear Michael, yes, it's been a very long time - I think at least five years. I've often thought about you and wondered how you were. Bagsy, me thinks I should change your name to "bordering on Sufferable Crouton"; you can be quite the gentleman. This is a very regal site, we have a Queen and a Lady - a curtsy to you both. Preston, thanks for pointing out my bad grammar. I think the expression "a small business man" is cringeworthy.

Actually we only pretend that the cupboard is locked. If you lift up on the latch it opens without a key.

Pops is right. It's the expensive booze we keep locked up. Unless you have Administrator access, then no drinky drinky the expensive stuff.

And hello back to you to Ms.Gilly. Hope all is well in your part of the universe. :hello:

I don't want to let this thread fade. So I'm just going to poke around here a bit to rekindle the flame. This "Ten Year Members" topic had some infamous Pages Poets return for a word or two. I wonder what the book about the Poetry Pages will be like or can you imagine the screen play? I would like to play myself in the movie. Hey! No one can sit around in thier pa-jamas, hunt and peck on the key board and drink coffee like moi. The movie would be definitely be an action flick rated R. What's your take?

True but honestly I don't think the world will ever be ready for us. We are unique, creative, opinionated and gifted. Which frowned upon in the world. Then again, if I ever lived by the world's standards, I wouldn't be who I am. So da hell with it, let's conquer the world.. :hello:
