What do you think about the new AB2072 law? if you dont know what that is it means that they are trying to force all deaf kids to get cornea transplants and not use sign language in school because apparantly signing is a "Saftey Hazard"

That's the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. What are they going to do with the kids that can hear, but they are autistic and can't speak? People are morons. Signing isn't a safety hazard.... it's a means of communication.


What do you think about the fact that the state of Minnesota will not prosecute a child molester because she molested an autistic teenager that the state doesn't feel can defend himself? Isn't that the reason they should be defending him?

My 13 year old autistic godson was molested by his fathers girlfriend... shes in her late 30's. He is higher function autistic. The DA in MN will not prosecute her because they say that he can not defend himself in court...

isnt the state supposed to speak for HIM!!! that is insane!!!!!! maybe they are saying they don't have enough evidence without his testimony?? still that's insane!

He still has a right to defend himself. Just because he is autistic doesn't mean he cant. The court can find out things by just looking at his body language. He still has a legal right to take her to court and because he is autistic somebody can testify for him or help him. That woman needs to be in prison.

The DA will not prosecute the case. And the judge will not overturn the DA's decision. Simple as that. I'm frikkin so far beyond pist its not even funny.
