No one seems to come here any more. The rooms are dark and empty. The children have all grown up and left home. I sit in the lounge by the fireplace and sip my bourbon with no one to talk to. But I cherish all the sweet memories. It is lonely.

Hello Heinzs, Yes! The kids have all grown up and have grown out of this wonderful home. I wish to sit in the lounge, sip bourbon and reminisce with you one day. The stories we could muster and share of PP's glory days, the poets who have left us for a new existence in a far away land. A story that should be put down in words a documentary with the long shot possibility of a 1st run movie. Take Care

I still pop in, Pops. The world can't save itself, you know. 
And I do some of the kids drift in and out at times. Either needing a place to crash or in some cases hide.

Hello LadySaturn, Great to hear from you. I pop in with a need to roll up in a familiar comfortable warm and cozy place. To find some dear old and young friends. To share the good and wash away the unpleasant realities of this thing called living life on beloved planet earth.
