Life has helped me understand, that I am not alone
What it showed was I can find peace! No matter where I roam
I lived through times, some good and bad, I survived this life at worst
I found a way to learn to breathe, when my head was so submersed
I took so many things for granted, I thought my life would just go on
Till one day when I was not sure, I would see another dawn
But those times when I was doubting and trying to forget
Hiding from my inner truth, still playing the daily game roulette
They have passed and I am fine, I have learned to breathe again
I reflect on all the days I missed and times I have misspend
I opened my eyes and to my suprise, I am not so scared to see
That I made it through the times I lived, because of the strength in me
I didnt think I had a chance to climb from that dark space
I did not think I would recover from the me I did deface
But I have and now I find, things may be getting better
I notice when you live in the rain, to some point you cant get wetter
So now its time to dry my head and walk out of that rain
And start to put away what I have done .....
AND START MY NEW CAMPAIGN!
