I was intrigued by the truncated "a"... this is exactly what happens to me when I try to write late at night and fall asleep holding the pen... lol. Cheers Mr. Firestone!

Sorry for my late reply; of a sudden I had a heart attack and was in hospital for five days or so -- it was not fun and I don't recommend it! Thanks for your wonderful comment: altho' I posted this poem on other websites, etc, no one really 'got' it as you did. Thank God that SOMEONE understood me -- ar least I was somewhere within the outer borders of reality! Sincerely, David

Thank you sir for your care -- nope 'tain't no picnic -- but am recovering well -- and the science of coronary medicine -- these days -- is miraculous. I very much appreciate your kind wishes!
