The Flood (quasi- acrostic)

Post by Twaddle » Sun Feb 01, 2009 4:40 am

The Flood

Katrina
Your name is vilified
By the real evil
And the sheep wore
The clothing of the wolf,
For the media…
For the government, to
Scapegoat fear.

The water rose, and
People died.

While Father was at work
The house fell apart. Our
Future
Executed for
Myopic neo- con
Agenda, a
Failure to
Entertain benevolence for
Malignant
Activities, and now

The war is at home.
Timothy P. Twaddle, 
One loses interest
in that
which bears no mystery,
And holds no promise...
