I've been reading these as they popped out. Today when I beat a game; I relalized that there were a whole bunch of "Religeous metiphors" in it.
Anyone else played Xenosaga? I found a whole bunch of the refrences in this "mini-series poem" that has also been referenced in this game.
Now all I need to know is what is the "Ark of Able".

Don't give up, read the whole darn thing and you might get an idea about Abel's Ark.

Hello bags, Your efforts with this series are astounding my friend. My sometimes feeble mind has a difficult time grasping it. Take Care
Take me back, so far back, adjust this fate. Afeared lately of pen, in abscence of light. The fear I might stumble upon a plagiarized soul. Wipe this dark slate clean, regain my thought. Add the words that rekindle my depth of soul.

You guys (and gals) need to read the Kushiel's Legacy books by Jacqueline Carey. First book is called Kushiel's Dart.
I really enjoyed the series but I will warn you it does have some very strong sexual content (not for the weak at heart). The book is based in a world "set in a skewed Renaissance world (people worship Jesus-like "Blessed Elua" but also demigods)". The stories background goes into a lot of detail about Elohim, Yeshua and others.

Nah...He would consider the source and just leave the gate closed, walking away, shaking His head, sadly..i always thought his name was Joey. think he would get mad if i call out for Joey when i stand before the pearly gates?

Jerome writes in his 25th letter to Marcella. “An explanation of the ten names given to God in the Hebrew Scriptures. The ten names are El, Elohim, Sabaoth, Elion, Asher yeheyeh (Ex. iii. 14), Adonai, Jah, the tetragram JHVH, and Shaddai. Written at Rome 384 A.D.

In generations to come,...no mention will be made, of Yeshua's conversation and calling by the Lord.
Yeshua was instructed to keep all such communications between himself and the Elohim secret.
He would occasionally intimate to his trusted disciples the nature of these talks with God, but
always, it was his sheer charisma, and devotion that drew crowds to hear him.
Yeshua spent nearly 3 months with the Qumran community, and in that time he learned many of their
healing arts. The practiciners called him a gifted student, and were saddened when it proved time
for him to move on. The Lord instructed Yeshua to travel to Capernum, making a short visit to the
town of Magdala, on the way. There he'd find a virgin, who'd become his closest apostle, and his wife.
For no man,...regardless how pure,...could deliver the words of God to the people, unless he lived
the cammandments throughly. Marriage,... the combining of equal opposites, man and woman,
was a requirement not only for prophets, but of all men who obeyed Gods' plan. "Replenish the
earth, continue what I have begun", was no idle request.
Yeshua walked alone on the path northward, wondering who this women might be, what she looked like,
and realizing the burden that would be put on her shoulders should she agree to his proposal.
As he entered Magdala, a mounted Roman officer rode by, and stopped his horse across the road.
"You there,....my horse is weary from carrying so much parcel. I'm requisitioning you Hebrew to carry some of it to my home"!
"Be quick about it too,... you wretch, or I'll have you flogged when you arrive"!
to be continued:

Unfortunately,...or fortunately depending on your point of view,...I lost all the earlier chapters with a computer crash a few years ago,...and I didn't have a backup. Then after this one,..I kind of lost interest.heinzs wrote:These need to be collated... probably reposted in "seeking the spiritual" or "roleplay and prose" forum.

I thought they were all on the PP site somewhere. I'll have to go looking for them.
