This poem is for my good friend... I dont know where you are, or whether you will read this some day...but this is for you.

Friend, In Desperation.
Friends are gentle souls sent down to guide us,
angels in disguise, they are always there for us.
You always shared my laughter, tears, joy, sorrows and nightmares
You always brought sense to my idiocracies
Friends give you hugs when you need them the most,
without any greed, they tell us the truth, keep us from getting lost.
Whenever things looked bad, I was glad you brought me smiles
Whenever life felt like a burden I had to bear, you were there to ease the pain
Friends spread warmth and joy in one's heart,
like the sun spreads his warmth accross the earth.
Whenever I sweated in the sun, you were like refreshing shade
whenever I felt all alone, you were my buddy, my friend.
Friends speak words that are kind
like reading scripture from the most devine.
Whenever I felt like disappearing into the wild,
your words brought me back, encouraged me not to fail.
Friends wipe tears off misty eyes
never letting sadness reside, bringing joy and twinkly days.
Friends got your back when you fail
Friends support you never letting the hard times prevail.
Its destined that you become my guide in difficult time
You are so far away, yet I can always feel your heart close to mine.
I wish you were right here, next to me
because these are the worst days ever to see...
I wish I could lean on you
but you are a lifetime away, I cant even see you...
I wish... I wish... letting go is so hard to do
I really do miss you, I wish you but knew.
You are my friend, the forever kind
because you are ever there for me until the end.
