John Stewart died recently,
not a famous name in my country
his passing went almost without comment,
John was a man who Loved His Country,
Loved the people of His Country
his love came through in his songs,
he sang about ordinary people
his words heartfelt and sincere,
his most famous work?
"Daydream Believer"
RIP John Stewart, hoping you have found your "Homecoming Queen"

Re: Death of a Singer ,A Small Tribute
Thanks Bernie.
I googled John Stewart; I wasn't familiar with this name as a songwriter...but am familiar with some of his songs.
