With skin as beautiful as Death
you steal every breath that I can breathe...
So softly you pass me a whisper
and let it dance around my lips,
and eyes,
and ears...
an elegant fragrance
to set me free, or to trap thee...
For this world couldn't possibly see
how lovely,
how delicate,
or how beautiful you are to me...

I love you
and the way you begin to kiss me.
The way your beautiful blue eyes
beg me
to forget the pain
of my depression...
of my let down...
the aching stress of my heart.
With you, the world is right.
Life is but a beautiful sunrise
and but a starlit night.
You are my light of hope, chance of happiness,
and love.

I love you...

I count the seconds
the minutes
the hours
and the days till I see you again...

My love is yours

...and I hope I have't let yours just fly by...

Its nice to read a romantic poem from you. Like previously stated by someone else, your phrases are great. Letting the whisper dance on your lips... great imagery Michael. I can feel all the passion you had when you wrote this. Strong emotions shining through with your words.
