I walk in the ways of the Lord
But I stumble and fall way too often
Yet I know if I try
My spirit will fly
When they me down in my coffin
Yes my faith is in the Lord
But I doubt and I drift like the ocean
Yet I know if I pray
That on that great day
God will give my soul his devotion

What you did for me
For we who are sinners and saints
In faith I believe
For our souls you do grieve
And through your wrath you will show us constraint
I stand on your promise, oh Lord
For redemption, salvation draws nigh
I follow your word
That I’ve read and I’ve heard
That my home is with you in the sky
