BROKEN
Blood flows well
Where nothing wrecks the heart
Where the blood in the heart
Oscillates at natural frequency
Where the echoes of heart beat
Are heard by no one, even self
And where there is no emotional endocarditis
But the siege of this broken heart
That makes the eyes shed much tears
You must know that every tear drops that drops
From these grieving eyes is like a babe
Crying for a lost doll
That transcends into eternity
And when this bead of tears falls on the ground
It digs hole all around
Uniting other tears
Of many that sorrow did slam as they parted
Every blood this broken heart sheds
Is in perfect symmetry
With the one from which lost souls were espoused
For both were shed out of pure love
This torrent of blood
Plunges over the superior vena cava
Creating a deafening roar
And I fell and wept
Didn’t I love you kindly?
Didn’t I love you blindly?
Why should there be a broken heart?
